This year more than ever, the city takes center stage! Joseph Swensen embarks on a whirlwind day in New York, carried along by Bernstein's vibrant music. From the northern boroughs of West Side Story to the Broadway of Candide, and along the banks of the Hudson with On the Waterfront, the Big Apple meets Bordeaux to kick off the season. For the fifth consecutive year, the Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine opens the season, reconnecting with audiences in the city and beyond. The Bordeaux Live Opéra program, deployed in nearly 70 venues, offers a live broadcast of the concert from the beating heart of the Auditorium.
