The Poules Mouillées association is organizing a public cold plunge into the sea, in swimsuits, for the autumn equinox. This is to introduce people to the activity and its benefits. Hot drinks and snacks will be available for purchase after the plunge.
Please arrive 15 minutes early, wearing your swimsuit and bringing a warm change of clothes for after your bath. It is recommended to wait 2 to 3 hours before your meal to fully benefit from the bath's properties.
