Discovering a typical Charente dish: éclade de moules.
On a wooden board, you learn how to install mussels under the watchful eye of an expert in the heart of the Coulonges marshes. Once cooked, you taste them while chatting with the oyster farmer.
More info: this workshop consists of the preparation and tasting of a mussel platter. In the event of very unfavorable weather and orange alert, the visit will be canceled. Participants will be notified 1 hour in advance.
