Discovery, workshop and tasting of an essential dish from the cabins "l'Éclade de Moules", with a professional in the heart of the Breuillet marsh.
Discovery of a typical Charentais dish, mussel eclade. Installed on a wooden board, you will learn how to install the molds under the watchful eye of an expert. Once cooked, you will taste them.
