Yoga Pada Royan

Yoga classes in Royan, Médis, St Georges de Didonne and Meschers. Classes run year round including July and August with outdoor classes on the beach, in the park and indoors depending on the weather.

"I have been teaching yoga for 17 years and I have practiced it for more than 20 years. I support students from all walks of life and whatever their age, physical condition and health, with respect and kindness.
Whether you are on vacation in our beautiful region, year-round or occasional residents in the Royan region, regular yoga practitioners, occasional practitioners or novices, take advantage of the beautiful season to reconnect with yourself and reconnect with your inner Being which will illuminate your summer and will rekindle your inner joy!
Yoga is accessible to everyone, you just have to find the class that suits you according to your individuality and your needs.
During the summer of 2023, from June 30 to August 27, whether you are a beginner or a practitioner, you have the choice between gentle lessons to let go, relax, find a space of well-being, serenity in yourself and reconnect with his joie de vivre, a little more dynamic lessons to reconnect with his vital energy and approach the day with a smile and enthusiasm.
Classes take place in Royan, St Georges de Didonne, Médis and in Meschers sur Gironde in the garden of the Green Café during the summer months. Classes on the beach or in the park are offered but if the weather is not good, we can practice indoors.
Do not miss the guided meditation sessions on the beach to practice or initiate you, on Saturday mornings in July and August on the beach of St Georges de Didonne.
There is a class or two every day, to allow you to give yourself a space for yourself, a space to be well, a space to be at peace and a space to be happy!
Classes take place in small groups in order to preserve a warm atmosphere and respond as accurately as possible to each of you.

Sensitive to the environment, I am associated with the project of the associative café created by friends in Meschers, a place of sharing and exchanges where I will give a few lessons this summer in the garden behind the restaurant located at 29 avenue des Nonnes in Meschers.
