Ptiben Surfschool
About
We follow Ptiben Surfschool, a mobile surf school, to surf the spots of Royan Atlantique, from Pontaillac to the Côte Sauvage. With lessons limited to 8 people, you progress safely thanks to quality instruction all year round.
Ptiben Surfschool offers total immersion in the ocean thanks to its mobile school concept. Throughout the year, you can meet at Pontaillac beach or along the Côte Sauvage to enjoy the best waves depending on the conditions.
From the age of 8, children can access different programs tailored to their interests, from introductory courses to advanced training. Priority is given to the quality of instruction: groups never exceed 8 students to guarantee personalized attention and consistent progress.
Each session is led by a certified instructor from the French Surfing Federation who also holds a first aid certificate. This allows you to confidently head out into the waves and share dynamic and authentic moments in the heart of the Royan coastline.
