With these cocktail recipes at Pineau des Charentes, we rediscover this iconic drink in a new light. They highlight its fruity notes and its characteristic sweetness. Rather Pineau blanc or Pineau rouge? These bold recipes can be adapted according to the tastes and desires of the moment. THE LADY BEE

FOR 1 GLASS
- 8 cl of white Pineau des Charentes – The Field of Vines
- 4 cl of honey syrup or a teaspoon of liquid honey
- 4 cl lime juice
- 1/2 slice of yellow lemon
- 1 branch of thyme
Put the liquid honey in a whisky glass
Add the lime juice
Mix to dissolve the honey
Add 4 to 5 ice cubes
Pour in the white Pineau and mix again.
Decorate with the sprig of thyme and the half slice of lemon.
Good tasting !
Variant
By replacing the white Pineau with red Pineau and the lemon juice with grapefruit juice, you get a Lady Bee Rouge.
THE RED PEP'S
FOR 1 GLASS
- 8 cl of red Pineau des Charentes – Le Champ des Vignes
- 4 cl of Ginger Beer (ginger soda)
- 1 slice of blood orange
- 1 mint leaf
In a wine glass, place 4 ice cubes
Pour in the red Pineau and the Ginger Beer
Garnish with the half slice of blood orange and the mint leaf
Mix and it's ready!


Variant
By replacing the red Pineau with white Pineau and the orange slice with a lime slice, you get a Pep's.
