Point de vue – Le port de Saint-Seurin-d’Uzet

The Port of Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet is a small fishing port, which was an active center for sturgeon fishing and the production of caviar.

Today, mainly a marina that can accommodate boats under 8 meters and overlooking the Gironde estuary with the tides, crossing the reed bed.

Place with games and picnic areas, hosting a motorhome area and a small museum on the economic activity of the village of yesterday and today, in a room of the old campsite (closed).

Its management is granted to the municipality by the Grand Port Maritime de Bordeaux.
